2-Day Lake Mburo Wildlife Safari in Uganda

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Entebbe or Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

Depart from Entebbe or Kampala and travel to Lake Mburo National Park. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch before relaxing briefly.

Later in the afternoon, head out for a game drive in the park. Explore the open savannah and look for zebras, giraffes, impalas, buffaloes, elands and other wildlife as the day cools. Your guide will help you make the most of the afternoon safari and look for wildlife along the park’s tracks.

Overnight: Lake Mburo

Meals: Lunch & dinner

 Day 2 – Morning Nature Walk & Return to Entebbe/Kampala

Have an early breakfast before heading out for a guided nature walk. Experience Lake Mburo’s landscape on foot and discover some of the smaller wildlife, plants and birdlife that can be missed from a vehicle. After the nature walk, begin the journey back to Entebbe or Kampala. Enjoy a lunch stop along the way, followed by a photo opportunity at the Equator before continuing to your agreed drop-off point.
